Brynn Patterson PT, DPT, CEAS II, Certified Pilates Instructor, Studio Owner

Brynn Patterson is passionate about helping people move better in their bodies. Brynn graduated in 2004 from The State University of New York at Buffalo with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has helped patients of all ages from birth to end of life and has significant experience with those recovering from total joint replacements as well as neurological conditions. In addition, she has also completed further studies in work place Ergonomics and is comprehensively trained and certified in Balanced Body Pilates.  Prior to moving to East Aurora in the fall of 2019 Brynn worked as a Physical Therapist and Pilates teacher at Paragon Pilates and Dance medicine in Minneapolis.


Brynn truly believes in the power of Pilates to help people of all ages and physical backgrounds move better and perform better in their everyday lives. Whether that is finding a pain free sitting posture at their desk job or gaining more power on the sports field. Brynn utilizes the Pilates Method and corrective exercise to help people find their optimal posture during movement in order to prevent injury, and maintain a freely moving body for a lifetime.  She follows the McGill Method when working with clients who have a history of back pain/surgery and is highly skilled in managing the needs of clients with Scoliosis.


When not practicing Pilates, Brynn enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and dog. She loves sailing, skiing, and watching her kids play hockey.  Brynn and her family live in East Aurora.


Niki Nowak Tolnay, Certified Pilates Instructor 

Niki Nowak Tolnay is a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor with additional certifications and trainings as a Stott Pilates Zenga Mindful Movement Instructor, Zenga Fascial Fitness, Isometric and Dynamic Stretching and in Vibro-Acoustic Meditation. Niki has an extensive background as a performing artist working in theater and film in Los Angeles for 15 years.

After becoming a mother, she transitioned into the health and wellness field working with a holistic health company in Southern California, and a love of Pilates, Mediation, Yoga and healthy living continues to grow and flourish.  Niki also works in mediation, and sound healing, loves spending time with her family, hiking and paddle boarding.
