Service Description

This is a Group Pilates and functional training classes designed to enhance young athletes' sports performance and prevent injuries. Geared towards ages 10-17, the class focuses on increasing core and full body strength, improving flexibility and posture, as well as enhancing biomechanics and alignment for injury prevention and improved sports performance. The class will include exercises on the Pilates reformer, tower and chair as well as functional training off of the equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment 12 hours prior to session start time to prevent being charged for this session. Call or email the studio with any extenuating circumstances. Group classes with only 1 participant will be canceled within 2 hours of the start time and participants will be notified. The single participant will be offered the option to pay for a Private Pilates session at that time instead or receive a refund.
