Dr. Bridget Dix, P.T., DPT is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health, orthopedic, and vestibular rehabilitation. 

 

In 2019, Bridget graduated with her doctorate of physical therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York where she was born and raised. After graduating, she worked in South Carolina, New Mexico, North Carolina, Colorado, Washington and California to practice physical therapy at outpatient clinics and hospitals that allowed her to develop her skills. Between 2020-2024 she completed levels 1, 2A and 2B certifications for pelvic floor physical therapy from the esteemed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute. Bridget specializes in bowel and bladder dysfunction, treating the spectrum of pelvic floor dysfunction including pediatric and male pelvic health. 

 

Bridget is also a certified yoga teacher with a background including swim instruction, yoga instruction, weight lifting, running and hiking. She enjoys trying sports whenever she gets the opportunity and loves helping patients continue to participate and optimize performance in the activities that light them up. In the role of yoga instructing, she finds absolute joy in sharing the practice and letting love shine in the community.
