Massage Therapy

SANA offers Therapeutic massage with our trained and licensed Massage Therapists. The therapeutic treatments focus on different modalities such as soft and deep tissue, myofascial release, sports, pre and post natal, and circulatory massage. They specialize in structural work to provide pain relief from acute and chronic conditions while working alongside our Physical Therapists to remain up to date in knowledge of injuries.

Pre/Postnatal Massage

In addition, through advanced coursework and training our therapists specialize in massage for the mother and mother-to-be. The benefits of massage therapy during and after pregnancy include promotion of overall wellness and reduction of stress by assisting to reduce specific pain complaints and swelling. Our therapists ensure our pregnancy clients are comfortable. The session begins with discussion of your problem areas and comfortable positioning to optimize relaxation. We position our prenatal clients on a custom pregnancy massage table to ensure the fullest comfort. ​

Massage for Infants/Youth/Adolescents

Beyond the therapeutic massage services we provide to adults, Sana offers services to the little (and not so little) humans in our lives. Children from birth to college experience pains due to development, injury, and dysfunction. Massage can play a huge role in supporting their overall health.

45min Adolescent Massage - $82

This condensed service is intended for youth experiencing physical and mental discomforts like recovery from injury, structural dysfunction (i.e. scoliosis), growing pains, migraines & tension headaches, anxiety, and other pain related conditions. 

30min Therapeutic Infant Massage - $72

Laura LaStrand has studied with the Kindred Academy in the treatment of babies using myofascial and cranial massage techniques. This service is beneficial for infants as a regular practice to support healthy development. Massage of infants can support musculoskeletal & fascial development, aid in digestion of food & elimination of waste, and support nervous system regulation. Parents will leave the first session with a treatment plan and suggestions to help their infants from home.
