Buff Bones is a medically-endorsed exercise method for bone and joint health and a trailblazer in exercise for osteoporosis for more than a decade. The method has created a buzz in the world of osteoporosis and we are thrilled to be bringing Buff Bones to our clients.
We focus on 4 key components in every session:

mobility, coordination, balance, and strength.
Taught by Erin Meehan, a licensed Buff Bones Instructor and Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, one of only a handful licensed Buff Bones instructors in the state of New York.

$160 for 8 classes
3 Options:
Wednesdays @ 5pm Intro/Level 1: December 3rd-February 4th
Thursdays @ 10am Intro/Level 1: December 4th-February 5th
Thursdays @ 11am Level 2: December 5th-February 5th
*No class the week of December 22nd and 29th
