Pilates Certified Instructor
Erin is trained through Balanced Body Pilates and is a member of the Pilates Alliance Method. She holds certification in Reformer, Mat, and Movement Principles.
Erin was introduced to pilates by a friend who owned Pilates Co-Op in Orchard Park. While there she met another mentor, who owns OttFit in Williamsville and introduced her to Gyrotonics. In 2021 she shifted to a home studio. When Southtown Pilates opened its doors in East Aurora, we gained her loyalty. She realized as a former elementary school teacher, teaching pilates would be a great fit to still be able to raise her children, travel and spend time with spouse.
Erin finds pilates to be a beneficial exercise practice for every person. By starting with simple exercises, small movements and focusing on the core & breath - the body can reach farther, grow taller and move with more precision. Whether pilates is used as an exercise regimen or part of a healing wellness program, Erin can assist clients to hone in on their personal goals and help you move better.
