Kari Baker

For 25 years, Kari developed a close-knit community of women as the manager/owner of 3 Curves franchises in West Seneca, Hamburg, and Fredonia where she mentored and coached countless women of all ages on their path to health and wellness. With gentle encouragement and support, she helped them learn to love their bodies and uncover their strength, resilience and achieve milestones they never dreamed possible. 

At the same time, Kari raised her three children in East Aurora with her husband John; their oldest is a newly minted East Aurora Police Officer; their middle son is studying sports management at Canisius and their youngest daughter is a gymnast and cheerleader starting her junior year of high school in the fall. 

Kari loves to travel, visiting family in Florida and Hilton Head, SC regularly throughout the year. She recently worked as a preschool teacher at First Presbyterian preschool, but is excited to join SANA and reconnect with the wellness community in a new capacity, making everyone feel welcomed and cared for as they improve their health.
