With a deep understanding of movement, strength, and endurance, Katie has transitioned from the pool to the studio, dedicating her career to helping others achieve balance and wellness. Katie completed the prestigious Pilates BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training program.

Also, as a certified yoga instructor, Katie has spent the last year guiding students through mindful movement and breathwork, fostering flexibility, strength, and inner peace. Now, expanding her expertise into Pilates, she brings a unique perspective that blends athleticism, precision, and a deep appreciation for body mechanics.
