Package Use

All services must be used within 18 months of the purchase date.

Unused sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable once the package has begun.

Medical clearance is required to participate in prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please call to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations related to labor or medical emergencies will be handled with care — please notify the clinic as soon as possible.
