Rachna brings her encouraging nature to the studio, guiding students through a motivating and revitalizing practice. She believes Pilates is for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. She incurs that a weekly Pilates practice can help build strength, good posture, flexibility, mental focus, and overall health.

Rachna is trained through Classical Pilates Education's Comprehensive Mat & Reformer & Apparatus Program. She also has a strong background in teaching yoga as well with over 20 years of practicing and 13 years of teaching, she holds additional certification in restorative yoga and yoga for children. She brings this experience to her Pilates classes and sessions in a complementary way, offering a well-rounded experience and understanding of the body throughout the lifespan. Rachna continues to learn, share, and connect with others. Her classes focus on strengthening, integration of breath, body alignment, and mental quietude.
Outside of Yoga and Pilates, Rachna provides healing therapies of Reflexology and Reiki. Rachna offers both Private and Group Pilates Sessions.
