Service Description
This service is appropriate for infants as a regular practice to support healthy development, as a prevention of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and as a therapeutic for improving apparent dysfunctions. Massage of infants can support musculoskeletal & fascial development, aid in digestion of food & elimination of waste, and support nervous system regulation. Most infants will benefit from massage, however you might consider this service if: Baby is fresh and you want to support their development Baby experienced challenging labor & delivery Baby had a low AGPAR score after birth Baby struggles with latching and sustained nursing Baby has challenges with sleeping Baby struggles with appropriate activities like tummy time or lifting head Baby has any symptoms of Colic (tension, difficulty to sooth, crying etc.) Baby has digestive issues like constipation or gas Baby demonstrates musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the head, neck, back or limbs This service is nondiagnostic and works on the soft-tissues of the body.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: When you book a massage service, you place a 50% service fee deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit will get refunded if the service is cancelled with reasonable notice. Because we are service providers, we only get paid for the service rendered. When an appointment is made that slot is filled and prevents other clients from booking a service. When appointments are cancelled within days of the service, that availability may not fill and we will not receive payment for services not rendered. Massage services require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or reschedule without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48hours' notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel or reschedule within 24hours', you forfeit the deposit. For no-shows, the deposit will be held and a balance for the remainder of the service will be placed on your account for future services. Please note that we reserve the right to make exceptions for legitimate emergencies and life circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
