Service Description
Improve your posture, strength and flexibility utilizing Pilates reformer, tower, chair and arc barrels. You will never take the same class twice! All levels are welcome and the class will be tailored to the level of the participants.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment 12 hours prior to session start time to prevent being charged for this session. Call or email the studio with any extenuating circumstances. Group classes with only 1 participant will be canceled within 2 hours of the start time and participants will be notified. The single participant will be offered the option to pay for a Private Pilates session at that time instead or receive a refund.
