Service Description
Our Intro to Pilates Series is designed for anyone new to Pilates or returning after time away. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn the fundamentals of breath, alignment, and core activation while building strength from the inside out on the Pilates Reformer. Our experienced instructors guide you through each movement and introduce you to safe use of the pilates reformer and other apparatus so you feel confident, capable, and connected in your body. This is the perfect place to start your Pilates journey.

Call or email the studio with any extenuating circumstances. 716-671-SANA Signing up for the series automatically signs you up for all sessions in the series. Sana is unable to refund missed sessions out of a series.
