Service Description
Our Teen Pilates Class is designed to support all teens—whether they’re athletes looking to enhance performance and prevent injury, or simply seeking a fun, effective way to move their bodies and build strength. Led by experienced instructors, this class focuses on core stability, flexibility, posture, and full-body strength. It’s a great complement to sports training and an empowering foundation for teens of all activity levels. With a focus on mindful movement and body awareness, teens will improve coordination, reduce risk of injury, and gain confidence—on and off the field. No Pilates experience required
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment 12 hours prior to session start time to prevent being charged for this session. Call or email the studio with any extenuating circumstances. Group classes with only 1 participant will be canceled within 2 hours of the start time and participants will be notified. The single participant will be offered the option to pay for a Private Pilates session at that time instead or receive a refund.
