Service Description
Our Teen Pilates Series is designed to support all teens—whether they’re athletes looking to enhance performance and prevent injury, or simply seeking a fun, effective way to move their bodies and build strength. Led by experienced instructors, this class focuses on core stability, flexibility, posture, and full-body strength. It’s a great complement to sports training and an empowering foundation for teens of all activity levels. With a focus on mindful movement and body awareness, teens will improve coordination, reduce risk of injury, and gain confidence—on and off the field. No Pilates experience required—just come ready to move, stretch, and grow stronger from the inside out.






Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your series 72 hours prior to series start time to prevent being charged . Call or email the studio with any extenuating circumstances. 716-671-SANA Signing up for the series automatically signs you up for all sessions in the series. Sana is unable to refund missed sessions out of a series.
